About this School Project (K - “O” is for oval; party animals)
The students learned about the contemporary artist Jeff Koons, who makes giant sculptures that look like balloon animals. They had to use ovals to draw a balloon dog, adding highlights with white oil pastel and shadows with markers and water. In the background, they added confetti using the various types of lines they learned about earlier in the year.
