Artist Statement (what Sydny22 said about their artwork)
The medium that I used was clay. I started with the shape of the vase then cut out the slabs and assembled them. After it was assembled, i decided on the designs and drew them on. After that I layered the glaze to make a color. The glazes that I used to layer were light sepia and deep firebrick.
