About this School Project (Paint Camp (2-3))
Students explored various materials & tools at the paint center to create original works of art. Students experimented with 2 different paint resist techniques (tape and oil pastels) along with drawing tools (pencil, sharpies, oil pastels) to see what happens when you paint on top of them. Students reflected on their painting experiences discussing what painting techniques they liked or disliked as well as what they would try again or try change next time. Students could then decide if they wanted to keep this as a painting or to use the paper and create a collage.
