About this School Project (3rd Gr. Creativity!)
3rd grade artists are learning different art techniques and purposes through teacher introduced lessons and skill builders. They are also challenged to show their own creativity by planning an artwork, choosing materials, applying their knowledge of the elements of principles and art, and using feedback and self-assessment to create a finished work of art.
As they are planning, creativing, and revising, students are working toward the following Ohio Visual Art Standards:
3.2PE Demonstrate expressive and purposeful use of materials and tools.
3.2RE Use feedback and self-assessment to improve the techniques utilized in personal artworks.
