About this School Project (1.3 -Primary Pumpkins)
The students learn and review the color wheel and how to use primary colors to make new secondary colors by mixing them together. We watch a video, fill in practice sheets, and practice mixing colors with various hand-on activities during class, before using paint to demonstrate what they've learned with their project; they paint 4 primary colored pumpkins. Each pumpkin overlaps another to demonstrate what secondary colors are made from mixing 2 primary colors together.
