About this School Project (Wreath Painting)
The students learned about Value (the darkness and lightness of a color) and created light green (a tint of green) by mixing green and white paint together. Then the students painted around a circle shape in both the green and light green paint to create the leaves for their wreath. Sponge painted Christmas balls in red and white dots of paint (snow) were used to complete the artwork.
