About this School Project (1st - Cityscapes)
Students looked at the cityscapes of Ton Schulten, a Dutch artist, who used blocks of colors side by side to form buildings. Students created a grid of squares and rectangles on their paper and colored them in with bright paint sticks. Finally, they used black to draw the outlines of their buildings and details like roofs, windows and doors.
