About this School Project (Justin Vining Landscape)
Justin Vining is an Indiana artist (and Purdue alum) that focuses on cartoon-like landscapes. He uses the farm he grew up on as his inspiration, and adds his own fun details to the pictures in a seek-and-find style. Justin also uses a lot of washes in his work, where the paint is made lighter with water to show value. We used the school's backyard for our landscape, and added a little flair to make it more interesting.
