About this School Project (Proud to be an American - Patriotic Art)
Inspired by the love of our country and our military! We reviewed the meaning of patriotic and the colors of our flag. Students talked about members of their family who are serving or who have served their country in the military. Students created fireworks with straws and paint. Then, a skyline was added as we discussed space in art. Older students looked for their house!
