About this School Project (Sea Life Collage)
Students learned about kids who make a difference, focusing on Ryan's Recycling. Students learned how art can promote positive things and created a sea life collage to bring awareness to keeping garbage out of the ocean. Students were to use magazines to create a sea life creature in the ocean. Students were to make the collage, taking care to use color to create contrast and to fill the entire paper. Directions were that when looking at the collage, we should notice the animal instead of the materials from the magazine (ie- no faces, big food items, etc).
