About this School Project (2nd grade Sugar Skulls)
Students learned about the Mexican Holiday "El Dia de los Muertos" or " The Day of the Dead." They created symmetrical sugar skull paintings by painting one side of their paper and transferring it the other side when folding it in half. They used bright fluorescent colors and added interesting details.
