About this School Project (Kindergarten Explores with Line, Color, and Texture!)
Kindergarten students are learning about the elements of art: line, shape, color, texture, value, and form. These are the ingredients that make up every work of art. The artist decides what type and how much of each element. Students have practiced identifying and naming different line types. Scratch Garden's Line Song is a favorite in the art room! Students followed along with Ms. Gosses to draw various places or things and then added their own creative ideas for details, colors, or values!
