My favorite part of this artwork is the seeds in the watermelon and the color scheme.
About this School Project (Line Design)
Sixth Grade students created these vibrant Line Designs by building on their prior artistic knowledge. Students focused on making creative decisions to develop a design that has balance by working with a color scheme and creative patterns. Students began by drawing a contour outline of a recognizable shape and filled it with their colors and patterns while practicing and experimenting with coloring techniques they have learned in class. All students rose to the challenge and were successful.
