About this School Project (Sky Color)
Artists in 2nd - 5th grade learned about how to have a flexible mindset from Peter Reynold’s book, Sky Color. “How can I paint the sky without blue paint?” Then the painted a sky without blue. Finally they drew and collaged a contrasting black and white landscape onto their sky color background. This project is an extension of our school’s introductory collaborative art project.
