About this School Project (Color Monster)
We read the book the Color Monster by Anna Lenas and learned what colors fit with which emotions. Blue: sad, Yellow: Happy, Red: Angry, Green: Calm, Orange: Silly, Pink: Loved, Purple: Shy, Black: Scared. Students scribbled 5 different feeling colors then painted their monster the feeling they were feeling that day. We added water bottle lids and Googley eyes, and cut out triangles for teeth.
