About this School Project (K - “C” is for Collage; “D” is for dot,dot, not a lot)
The students learned that a collage is made when we cut and paste one thing onto another. We watched a video about the 3 primary colors (red, yellow, and blue) and learned that all the other colors can be made by mixing them. Each child was asked to make a collage using all 3 colors, and learned to say “dot, dot, not a lot” when using their Elmer’s glue. Finally, we added some texture and lines using black paint and the edge of a piece of cardboard.
