About this School Project (Circular weaving)
Dot Day activity: 3weeks duration
Students followed directions to string the loom, then began weaving with the excess warp thread. New colors were tied to the old and weaving continued. Some students added beads to the composition.
Cross-curricular project with computer. Mrs Salley will share
www.quiver.com with the students, who will use iPads to bring the weaving to life!
Grades 5-8 will have completed pieces installed in the foyer for an art exhibition.
