Artist Statement (what cryton2 said about their artwork)
this is a sketchbook project where we learned how to do book binding. i choose college pieces that made me happy. we saved the booklets together and use hot glue gun to hold everything together. i wish that we spent more time on the string. when mrs churmen gets washi tape i will rape it on the book to make it look better. i plan to use the sketch book all year but if it falls a part we will use duck tape.
About this School Project (Art 1 Sketchbook Binding)
Art 1 learned to bind their own sketchbooks with needle and thread. After sewing and glueing the spine, we created a collaged book cover.
