About this School Project (Skyscraper Collage)
The students learned about perspective and how to draw a building being viewed from the front as well as at an angle. Using white paper they drew the building from the front and cut out the building. Then on a separate piece of colored paper, the students created the illusion of form adding diagonal lines to their buildings to suggest the viewpoint from the side and to give it a 3D effect. Both building drawings were combined with glue to create one artwork
