About this School Project (Kindergarten - Shapes: “Mouse Shapes”)
This project was inspired by the book, Mouse Shapes, by Ellen Stole Walsh. It's a cute book about mice building obstacles for the big cat that's out to get them. But, with the mice's creative wit, they outsmart the cat and make a BIG replica of themselves, which eventually scares the cat away. The kindergarten students practiced their cutting skills A LOT with this project. They colored and cut several pages of shapes out, so that they could create their own mice scene. These turned out adorable...enjoy!
