About this School Project (Gargoyle Sculptures )
After learning about the Cathedral of Notre Dame, 3rd grade created gargoyles from clay using additive and subtractive clay techniques. Since the gargoyles served as water spouts, we gave them very large mouths. Students were also encouraged to make their gargoyles as unique and animated as the original gargoyles.
