About this School Project (Weavings by 3rd)
We generally refer to these as "Bookmarks" because they really aren't that big, but the time and effort involved in making them is a real ACCOMPLISHMENT for these 3rd Graders. The learning curve is steep, but once they catch on to this weaving process, they generally LOVE it! We also try to make our Weavings SYMMETRICAL with respect to the center Line of Symmetry, and as long as we follow that, the color choices are completely up to the students. We hope you enjoy our lovely combinations!
