Artist Statement (what Caroline8719 said about their artwork)
I drew a floor then put it on a background. After that I created a mini painting then put it on a frame, then glued it on. After I glued it on a gray piece of paper and signed it!
About this School Project (Museum Trip)
Sixth grade students created these amazing mixed media artworks. They began by drawing a floor in one point perspective. Students then chose a colored paper for their wall and glued the floor to it. Next they created a tiny 4"x4" artwork for their museum wall and added a frame. Lastly student cut out a small picture of themselves and glued them on so they look as if they are admiring the tiny artwork at a museum. All students did a great job and had fun creating their trip to the museum.
