About this School Project (Under The Sea)
Oh the winter months have been extremely long! Time to think of warmer weather and tropical places! Students were asked to think about being "under the sea". Then they drew as many sea creatures and plants (all organic shapes) as they could with pencil. The students then colored their piece with crayon. They learned why it is important to color neatly and very dark when using a crayon that will be covered with paint later. The students completed the project by painting a layer of blue paint over the entire piece. Therefore, completing a crayon resist.
