About this School Project (1- Winter Landscape)
For this project, students took inspiration from contemporary artist, Jen Aranyi. First we discussed and practiced different ways of creating a landscape that resembles real life, like creating different sections, changing the size of objects and filling all of the space. Students then designed and created their own winter landscape. They painted the sky with watercolor, then sprinkled salt onto the wet paint creating a "starry" texture.
