Artist Statement (what Landon16360 said about their artwork)
My favorite part is the shoes. My least favorite is the legs. My inspiration was i like eating watermelon. If i created this again i would change the legs to where they stay on better. I learned that you need a lot of thing to put it together and also to get it to stand. I’m surprised how this turned out i thought it would be worse. At first i tried to make them out line 3 or 4 times and then i got it right then i made it strong buy putting stuff in side of it. Next i started to think how to make it stand and then i made legs but it still did not stand so i put shoes on it and then it could stand by its self so then i paper mached it and it could stand. So then i painted it and after that i put hair on it witch i yarn and that’s how i made this watermelon.
