About this School Project (Build a Person - Kindergarten - 22'-23')
For Kindergarten's first projects, students reviewed different shapes: Circle, Triangle, Oval, Square, Rectangles, and Arrows. Students then followed a series of steps showing how well they follow directions. For example, in the triangle, decorate it like a party hat, in the circle draw your face, and so forth. We reviewed how to use scissors and glue sticks and then students cut out all the shapes and arranged them on a sheet of construction paper, creating their own likeliness.
