About this School Project (Kindergarten- American Flags)
The classes learned about American flags and all the ways they are used, sung about, etc. Then they looked at the American flag art of Jasper Johns and how sometimes things are hidden in them. Our flags have the Pledge of Allegiance and shapes hidden in them. We made them with crayons, bingo markers, and tempera paint.
