About this School Project (K: Crayon Friends!)
Students learned about all the different types of line (wavy, zig-zag, straight, diagonal, wiggly, swirls, cloud, broken, chain link, etc.). We drew our line backgrounds with permanent marker and went over our lines with colorful marker. Next, we sprayed our lines with water to make the color spread on our papers! We then picked our crayon color and traced a rectangle in the middle of our papers to start our crayon outline. We added arms and legs and faces! We worked on our gluing and cutting skills when we cut out our crayon friends carefully and glued them on our backgrounds. Students also drew and cut out the eyes!
