About this School Project ((Red) Gustav Klimt Inspired Tree of Life)
Students learned about the artist Gustav Klimt. They created a a background using tempera paint. By mixing primary colors right on their paper, they made secondary colors and filled their paper with beautiful rainbow colors. They practiced drawing swirls in their sketchbooks. Using gold paint, students painted trees with swirl branches. To finish, students used black and white to trace around their tree and add shapes on top.
