About this School Project (Grade 3- Suns and Moons)
Students viewed examples of traditional and contemporary Mexican folk art of brightly painted clay suns and moons which are displayed on walls. The students used Model Magic clay to form relief sculpture, painted the surface with tempera cakes and added details with colored sharpie markers.
