About this School Project (Monet's Japanese Bridge)
Claude Monet was a French Impressionist painter. This means he was a painter of light, or tried to capture the colors in the moment. He would recreate the same location multiple times on canvas, and every painting looked different because it was a different time of day or season. We focused on Monet's Japanese Bridge paintings, which were set in the artist's backyard. We used different colors to create a different time of day and different season.
