About this School Project (Kusama Pumpkin)
We looked at the pumpkins made by Yayoi Kusama for this artwork. First, our artists drew a pumpkin and stamped it with dots. Kusama always has dots in her artwork. Next, they learned how to make two different infinity patterns found in her artworks and chose which one to draw on a piece of paper. Finally they cut out their pumpkin and glued it to their pattern paper.
