About this School Project (Unicorn Scribble)
We learned about many types of lines today and Mrs. Carlson read the book, "Never Let a Unicorn Scribble." Please ask your child what kinds of lines they learned about! We also watched a neat video all about lines. For our project we learned how to draw a unicorn (or narwhal) using shapes. We then added as many different kinds of lines as we could coming out of it's head very similar to the illustration in the book. Students learned about a new material called paint sticks which we used in our art. We discussed taking care of our art supplies by putting the caps back on when we are finished. These turned out wonderful!
