Artist Statement (what Sean17123 said about their artwork)
I chose a scorpion because that was one of the only animals in the desert that I actually like. Making my artwork was absolute chaos, the scorpion was to small so it was not filling the paper so it turned out small compared to the 9*9 paper. The other thing that made it really chaotic is the water color, the paper was drying so fast it was really hard to keep it wet. In Mr.B,s class we are studying the desert biome and the scorpion is one of the first things that pop to your mind when you think of the desert. My goals were to finish on time and for it to look really good. I am proud of how the disaster turned into this cool Zen tangle scorpion and cool water color background.
