Artist Statement (what Thomas19269 said about their artwork)
Something that surprised me when I was doing this amazing and fun project was how amazing and spectacular it looked when I was mixing the colors red orange and yellow and when it really surprised me was when I put the water on it looked very cool. Working with the medium means working with the new water colors or working with new materials and when i was working with it I liked it it was really fun making the design on the pumpkins and then putting on the colors and watch them look amazing.
About this School Project (Zentangle Pumpkins)
After drawing their black and white Zentangle pumpkins, Saplings use water color crayons to capture the 3D look in their pumpkins.
