About this School Project (Crazy Hair Day-3)
Students reviewed lines and shapes. We talked about organic and geometric shapes and how lines and shapes can make patterns. We read a super silly book about crazy hair. We also made several different, unique designs of our own and shared them with the class. After this we took our own photos and made some crazy hair strands all around our smiling faces. We filled in the hair strands with several different line and shape designs. If time allowed, some of the students colored in their backgrounds. To finish, the students wrote about a time that they had crazy hair.
