About this School Project (Auguste Macke Door)
Students learned about Cubist artist Auguste Macke and how he makes paintings of people outside doing different activities. He makes his paintings as if the viewer is looking past objects in the foreground to see what is going on in the background. This interposition is used to show perspective or distance in a painting by having things overlapping.
