About this School Project (5 Ojo de Dios)
During this project, students learned about an Ojo de Dios; a Mexican craft that is given to children as a good luck charm. On each birthday, beginning with their birth, a new section of yarn is added. Students began practicing with small 4-sided weavings using one technique, and then progressed to a small 6-sided weaving using multiple techniques.
