About this School Project (Weaving on a Lama Loom-Grade 2)
Students learned to weave a shape resembling a blanket on a lama loom made of tagboard. They enjoyed learning the pattern of weaving the weft over the warp strings and using different textured materials like yarn and pompoms to decorate their lama. Weaving is an excellent activity to help with hand-eye coordination and tracking.
