About this School Project (Animal Stitchery)
4th grade artists chose an animal to trace onto burlap using chalk. Students learned how to create running, whip, and cross stitches, then used these techniques to stitch their animal as well as some details. Artists completed their work by creating a border using two different colors of yarn.
