About this School Project (Grade 3- “The Great Wave”)
Students viewed the woodblock print by Japanese artist Hokusai, created in 1831. It was the first print in a series Thirty Six Views of Mount Fuji. Third graders created mixed-media versions of their own “Great “Wave”.
