About this School Project (Mardi Gras Masks)
Each student created a unique Mardi Gras mask to wear in the mini school procession to the church Mardi Gras day. Our school has a tradition of burying the "alleluia" during lent, which is done Mardi Gras Tuesday. Students used plaster to create a base for the mask. They used tempera paint and embellishments.
