About this School Project (Milagro)
Fourth grade students learned about milagros, charms used as symbols for a prayer or wish. Milagros are made and used in many different parts of the world, in countries including Mexico, Greece, and Peru.
Fourth graders created a milagro for a prayer they had. Students determined what images would best represent their prayers, in some cases including a word or phrase in Spanish, and then drew their design on foil.
