About this School Project (Dr. Seuss Creature)
Students learned about Dr. Seuss as an author and illustrator. We read "If I ran the zoo" by Dr. Seuss to see the types of creatures he created. Students then created thier own creature, Dr. Seuss style, and added a pattern in the background.

Lincoln, your Dr. Seuss character told me that he wants you to name him Duke McGovern. He also told me he likes to eat pork butt...and his own boogers.
