About this School Project (Grade 1 : Warm / Cool Penguins 22' - 23')
Students learned about warm and cool colors and penguins. As a class we read "Penguins, Penguins, Everywhere" and watched videos of penguins in the wild. We learned how to sketch and draw penguins and begun to plan for our project. Using paint, students chose between warm and cool colors to create a patterned painted background. Students used colorful construction paper to create a penguin and added fun details and accessories.
