About this School Project (2- Black Glue Painted Butterfly)

Second grade students drew one half of a butterfly on a folded piece of paper. They traced over their drawing with black glue and then folded on the line to transfer the design to the opposite side of the paper, resulting in a complete butterfly. Once dried, watercolor paint was added to complete the work. Mixing their own colors was almost as much fun as watching the glue transfer! The last step was to carefully cut out the butterfly.
