About this School Project (Grade 4- Self-Portrait)
Students created self-portraits focusing on proportion and inspired by American artist Kehinde Wiley who paints highly naturalistic portraits of African Americans. The backgrounds of the portraits are filled with colorful patterns which many times relate to the person in the portrait.
