This is beautiful! It looks like a quiet scene, but I know there could be more hiding in it. It causes me to imagine an Arctic fox leaping across a hill while chasing an Arctic vole in the fluffy snow. And an Arctic hare digging into the snow near a tree to find moss and lichens to nibble. And I think I see a snowy owl perched near the top of a tree. And a tundra swan soaring over them all. There is a lot of life in those snowy hills.
