Wow!This picture is dancing! I like the way you filled up the whole picture with different patterns. The patterns give the picture a lot of energy. I also like the way you used the same colors in different ways in different parts of your drawing. I can tell that the house is very important in this picture because it’s in the middle, and is quite large. I see also that happy things go on inside this house because of the kinds of patterns on it and around it. I like all the different kinds of lines you used in this drawing. You’ve used thick and thin lines, short and long, straight and wavy, and vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines. Well done!

Your art work is a great study of opposites! You show light and dark, night and day, warm colors and cool colors, pointy (the moon part) and rounded (the sun part), open (the moon’s eye) and shut (the sun’s eye). I’ll bet it took a while to color it all in! Nicely done!

What a great self-portrait! You drew yourself as a happy curious person, interested in the things around you. I can tell that by the smile on your face and the wide-open eyes, looking out at the world. I see a lot of hearts in the picture that make me think you like what you are doing. I also see that you spent a lot of effort getting the details of your clothes just right, and I also see that you are wearing your choker! You made yourself fill up pretty much of the paper, which is important in a self-portrait. You did a fine job on this! I’m glad that you made me one just like it!

This guy looks very happy. I think he’s thinking about getting a few Halloween goodies.

Wow! What a pretty kitty, all decorated with bright colors, and stars and circles! It makes me happy just to see it! Did you give it a name? The way you decorated it reminds me of how you painted your mug in Michigan. Great job!
